" Upper East Side Cafe "

Yey, my second round !!
Im gonna blog about brunch at " Upper East Side Cafe "
today time a bit rush, we just have 1 hour for our bruch.
Our appetizer,
Idk what id the dish name, grill shrimp meat with sugarcane stick if im not wrong


Mussel soup


I think this is a Malaysia cuisine, green curry chicken, mixed vegetables and sweet sour fish


Steam Sagu cake with coconut


Durian cook with coconut milk and steam white rice

After that, we have class at coffee classroom.
now, I have know more about coffee bean..
Lecturer said, he never even spent money at Starbucks, cause..opps..!! :p

Look my arugly cappucino ♥ of course, that was my first class


First step is put coffee powder inside the filter and use stamper press the coffee powder.
Don't press too strong nor too small..
Put the filter to the machine and close up & press hot water..


Waiting for filtration, heat up the milk


pour milk inside the cup and make any shape you like :)

You guys like drink cappuccino?? Go make your own cappuccino..
